In this role, Benvenuto is responsible for providing insight and modeling strategy to current Data Axle donor cooperative database members. With his expertise and tenacity, we will continue to grow the already robust membership rosters of both Data Axle donor cooperatives; Apogee and Donorbase. The addition of Benvenuto rounds out an experienced team assisting nonprofits with audience creation to achieve the results necessary to thrive in these challenging times. Data Axle’s custom audiences are built on in-depth audience modeling, and are leveraged by our clients to strengthen omnichannel campaigns to help them reach, acquire and retain a wide range of diverse donors.
Mick has been a professional fundraiser for more than 15 years. He got his start as a student caller and supervisor for Penn State’s Lion Line. After that, he spent five years as Call Center Manager, then Associate Director of the Annual Fund for Temple University, until the opportunity to become Director of Annual Giving for Cal State Bakersfield arose. Eventually, it made sense for him to work not just in higher education, but with charitable nonprofits of all kinds nationwide. Mick moved to Wiland as Vice President for Nonprofits, where he helped hundreds of nonprofits grow their donor acquisition investment, make the most of their house file data and utilize business intelligence appropriately in their solicitation planning.

With a passion for writing and an enthusiasm for data management and technology, Natasia creates content that is designed to deliver nuggets of wisdom to help brands and individuals elevate their data governance policies. A native New Yorker, when Natasia is not at work she can be found enjoying New York’s food scene, at one of NYC’s many museums, or at one of the city’s many parks with her two teacup yorkies.
